Thanks to a combined wealth of knowledge and experience between our directors, Global have become industry experts in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire safety, fire suppression and security systems.
Due to continued growth and market development, we are now seeking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner, to be based at our Head office in Nottingham, at the prestigious NG2 Business Park.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced internal recruitment professional to join our head office team. The ideal candidate would have significant experience of recruiting in a field-based engineering environment.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE

  • Receive, review and qualify all candidates focusing on quality and candidate experience.
  • Selecting suitable candidates based on their technical skills and their cultural fit.
  • Manage all communications including interview booking and testing processes with candidates and suppliers.
  • Deliver a world class candidate experience during all touch points with candidates that will promote Global Fire and Security as an employer of choice.
  • Utilise headhunting tools to connect with prospective candidate for future and current opportunities

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

  • To deliver the recruitment of new colleagues into a unique service led business.
  • You will have sole responsibility for leading the attraction, assessment and delivery of candidates across the business.
  • We are looking for someone who can partner effectively with hiring managers and utilise data to make informed hiring decisions. Reporting to leadership on key recruitment metrics and highlighting areas of opportunity.
  • You’ll recruit across a wide range of functions and role levels from technical Engineer roles to Project Managers and Customer Service, from early careers to senior management.
  • You will influence on Recruitment plans at a national level and have input to other HR projects where appropriate. This is a standalone role reporting into the General Manager, perfect for someone with prior in-house experience who is looking to make their mark as the sole Recruitment lead within a business.
