This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Singapore, offering the chance to join a dynamic and forward-thinking HR team. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent across a range of functions, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the process. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, leveraging both traditional and innovative sourcing methods. As a trusted advisor to the business, you will provide market insights, guide hiring decisions, and ensure alignment with workforce planning objectives. Additionally, you will support employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment campaigns and events that enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice. Ideal Profile The client is seeking a driven and experienced HR professional with at least 5 years of hands on experience in end to end talent acquisition. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. You should be confident in managing multiple roles simultaneously, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Experience working in large organizations will be highly regarded.
