Talent Acquisition Partner |Sydney CBD / Hybrid | Up to $150K Package Equivalent |2-Month Contract | Strong Potential for Extension or Permanency

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a collaborative and high-performing team, supporting recruitment across a diverse corporate portfolio.This role will see you partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment outcomes across key corporate functions. A significant focus will be on legal recruitment, alongside roles within risk, finance and payroll.

• Key responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of corporate and professional services roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment advice
• Develop attraction and sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessment activities
• Manage offers, onboarding and stakeholder communication throughout the hiring process
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• About you:Demonstrated experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partnering role
• Strong background recruiting corporate professionals, particularly within legal portfolios
• Experience recruiting across functions such as risk, finance, payroll or related corporate services
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
