Technical Recruiter - IT Infrastructure & Data Centre | Sydney CBD / Hybrid Working | Up to $150K Equivalent | 2-Month temp with Strong Potential for Extension or Permanency

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join a high-performing talent acquisition team, supporting recruitment across technology infrastructure portfolios.This role will focus on sourcing and delivering specialist technology talent across IT infrastructure, network engineering and data centre environments. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, engage and secure top technical talent in a competitive market.

• Key responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment across IT infrastructure, networking and data centre roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build specialist talent pipelines
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessment activities
• Manage offers, onboarding and recruitment administration
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to stakeholders
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process

• About you:Demonstrated experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partnering role
• Strong track record recruiting within IT infrastructure, network engineering and/or data centre environments
• Experience sourcing technical professionals across areas such as networking, cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, operations or critical facilities
• Confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver results within a fast-paced environment
