As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be essential in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of roles as ARTEMUS Group continues its growth trajectory. You will be responsible for supporting the company’s expansion by driving the recruitment strategy, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring the right talent is identified and hired across multiple functions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on the opening of venues and therefore would suit an experienced recruiter who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, from entry-level to leadership roles, ensuring an efficient and effective process.
  • Candidate Experience: Foster an excellent candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the interview and hiring process.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, align on hiring criteria, and develop job descriptions that attract the best talent.
  • Recruitment Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth goals and best practices.
