Responsibilities

Run full-cycle recruiting for sales, G&A, and early-career roles.
Source talent creatively in the Austin market through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and events.
Partner with hiring managers to align on job requirements, interview processes, and candidate feedback.
Use Greenhouse and AI recruiting tools to streamline sourcing, scheduling, and communication.
