Responsibilities

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Influencer Marketing function which is experiencing significant growth. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent. You will work closely with our head of Influencer marketing to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies.

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • . Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select qualified candidates.
  • . Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, events and referrals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to stakeholders.
