Join Team Purple. Join IFS. Job Description We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions with a focus on the Japanese market but providing support across the APJ region as needs arise. You will be ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience, will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, driving strategic hiring initiatives and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for diverse roles across multiple geographies. Develop tailored recruitment strategies for Middle East and Asia markets, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and cultural nuances. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions. Build and maintain strong networks and talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles. Promote the company’s employer brand through social media, job boards, and regional events to attract top talent. Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate journey, providing timely feedback and clear communication. Utilize recruitment metrics and market intelligence to advise on hiring trends and improve processes. Qualifications Prior experience in an in-house recruitment role, ideally within a multinational organization. Fluent in Japanese and English Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in technology or software industry recruitment. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
