  • 7+ years of experience in a global company within the high-tech industry; 5+ years of experience in hiring for tech roles.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and trends.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies for various roles.
  • Exceptional behavioral interview skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a track record of using data and market insights to drive recruitment decisions and strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and evolving recruitment practices, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Project management experience in talent acquisition and HR domains.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities, combined with a collaborative and communicative approach.
  • A "people person" with great teamwork, responsiveness, and communication skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
  • Fluent English & German
