ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. Talent Acquisition is a critical part of the people strategy, ensuring the attraction, hiring, and retention of top talent.
In this role, you’ll deliver a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service across North America while acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR peers. Success will require a calm, professional presence when navigating diverse and strong personalities, and the ability to hold all stakeholders accountable to timelines to secure top talent in a competitive market.
This is a 6–12 month contract role with strong potential to extend, and may convert to permanent for the right person.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a strategic talent advisor, aligning recruitment strategies with business priorities for the next 12–24 months.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: workforce planning, sourcing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the business, balancing diplomacy with accountability.
• Proactively source and engage diverse candidates through direct sourcing and networking.
• Champion the employer brand and provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Ensure hiring managers follow processes and meet deadlines to avoid losing top talent.
• Provide insights on talent market trends, KPIs, and recruitment budgets to influence decision-making.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
