As part of the oneREC Germany team, you will connect with over 40 TAPs at our German locations in Mannheim, Grenzach, and Penzberg, as well as our colleagues in Budapest. You will report directly to the REC Lead for R&D, Commercial, Group Functions & New Business.

Your core tasks:

• End-to-end recruiting: You manage the entire recruitment process independently, set clear priorities for the "Moments That Matter" and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Partnering & consulting on equal terms: You provide competent advice to hiring managers and stakeholders to identify the ideal candidates for our positions, both internally and externally, also in the context of ongoing transformations.
• Data & AI-driven talent acquisition: With enthusiasm for data and modern sourcing tools, you proactively identify top talent and use AI-supported approaches for sound decision-making.
• Agile process design: You drive the further development of our recruiting processes towards greater agility, constructively question existing processes and develop solution-oriented improvement impulses.

• Relevant recruiting experience : Demonstrable experience in in-house talent acquisition, ideally gained within an international corporate group.
• Agile mindset & analytical thinking: A proactive way of working in complex matrix structures as well as strong strategic and critical thinking skills for the continuous optimization of processes.
• Communication and persuasion skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills combined with the ability to inspire decision-makers and candidates.
• AI & Data Affinity: Practical user experience with AI tools in recruiting and the ability to integrate data-driven decisions into your daily workflow.
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
