As a Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) , you will actively shape how we attract talent at all seniority levels that we need for our continued growth along the software value chain, i.e., software development, product management, sales, marketing, project management, implementation consulting, and customer support. This involves more than traditional recruiting tasks: you will combine end-to-end strategic talent acquisition with operational recruiting and employer branding .

Together with our specialist departments and managers, you will develop targeted recruiting strategies, fill open positions quickly and effectively, and build sustainable talent pipelines . You will identify and attract suitable talent, including through active sourcing and various recruiting channels, and ensure that we are visible and attractive as an employer to the right talent.
