THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Leading full-cycle recruitment across legal and non-legal roles in various locations, whilst this is predominantly Victoria focussed, we do have 32 locations across Australia (hello, search skills).
  • This role will support our corporate services team, including tech recruitment needs, tech recruitment experience would be highly desirable.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to deeply understand their needs.
  • Use data and talent insights to influence decisions and shape hiring strategies.
  • As a strategic advisor, you can influence hiring decisions, coach managers, and align recruitment with business goals.
  • Build and nurture talent communities for future hiring needs, staying connected with passive talent.
  • Champion candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Amplify our EVP and employment brand at every opportunity.
  • Coach on best-practice recruitment—because you’re the expert.
  • Bring our diversity and inclusion goals to life through every hire.
  • As a team committed to continuous improvement, adaptability and change agility is a must.
  • You are tech savvy and have experience working across various recruitment tech stacks, with confidence in navigating Applicant Tacking Systems. Experience with Smart Recruiters highly desirable.
