What you'll do Strategic Sourcing: Support full-cycle recruitment for roles across all disciplines, including Engineering, Finance, HR, Operations, and specialised Deep Tech roles (e.g., Photonics Engineering and Optical Physics). Manage a world-class candidate experience, from initial outreach through to offer acceptance. Academic Relations: Build and maintain deep partnerships with top-tier universities, technical institutes, and research centres in Ireland, Europe, and further afield internationally. Represent MBRYONICS at careers fairs, industry partnership events, and professional networking evenings, sometimes requiring flexible working hours and international travel. Internship & Graduate Programmes: Support the design and management of our Internship and Graduate Rotation programmes, ensuring students have a clear path from "campus to cosmos". Define clear success metrics for all programmes and the candidates undertaking them, linked directly to our long-term hiring goals. Mentorship Culture: Work with internal leads to develop mentorship frameworks, ensuring early-career hires are supported and retained through structured guidance and clear development paths. Technical Partnering: Translate complex organisational and departmental requirements into compelling job stories that resonate with candidates. Compliance: Ensure all early career recruitment practices adhere to Irish and European employment law. Manage and report on all visa and work permit requirements for international hires, ensuring MBRYONICS maintains compliance as a global employer. The Emerging Talent Focus Future-Proofing: You won't just fill current gaps; you will project our talent needs 2-3 years out and build the pipelines to meet them working closely with the functional heads. Brand Ambassador: Act as the face of the company at career fairs, hackathons, space-tech competitions (like the Stripe YSTE), and industry events, delivering an authentic and inspiring message. Who you are Experience: 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 1 year specifically focused on University Relations or Early Career programming. Programme Management: Proven ability to support the development and execution of an internship program, manage budgets, and track ROI.
