Let us tell you about the role 📚 As Talent Acquisition Partner at Nextory, you’ll own the fullrecruitment journey, from strategy to onboarding. Ensuring we attract, hire andkeep the best talent. But thisisn’t just a TA role: as part of our small, global HR-team, you’ll alsocontribute to shaping the broader employee journey, jumping in where needed anddriving initiatives that make Nextory an even greater place to work. Some examples of what you might be spending your time on: Design and execute recruitment strategies, ensuring timely and high-quality hires. Lead employer branding initiatives across internal and external channels. Analyze recruitment metrics and talent market insights to drive data-based decisions Ensure a safe, compliant, and inspiring workplace while overseeing office operations Manage recruitment tools and vendor relationships (Teamtailor, LinkedIn, Refapp, testing platforms) and drive AI-powered process improvements. The main character we’re lookingfor 👀 We believe that with solid experience in talent acquisition, youapproach every challenge with a data-driven go-get-it attitude. You combinestrategic thinking with hands-on execution to turn hiring needs into successstories and thrive in a fast-moving, international, and creative environment.You are fluent in both Swedish and English. Furthermore, we believe you have: Relevant educational background within HR, business, or similar field At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within fast-paced or tech-driven companies Proven ability to design and execute recruitment strategies and manage multiple roles simultaneously Experience working with ATS systems (preferably Teamtailor) and digital sourcing tools Experience with setting up strategies for employer branding The Nextory way of working 🏠 At Nextory, we believe a strong and inclusive cultureis key to our success – and that culture flourishes when we meet andcollaborate in person as much as possible.
