PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Under direct supervision, participates in the implementation of one or more personnel and/or labor relations functions, such as applicant recruitment, background investigations and onboarding, benefits and leaves administration, classification, wage and salary administration, compliance and records management, and employee relations. Ensures compliance with all applicable NYC Health + Hospitals policies and procedures, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
