The Talent Acquisition Partner guides the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, sourcing and screening top talent, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and ensuring a successful match between hiring needs and candidates’ experiences, interests, and career goals. You will aim to contribute to our mission by identifying and hiring the talent that creates innovation and success.
You will specifically support recruiting efforts for R&D teams across Dublin and Portugal, which includes Engineering and Product.
This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin office 3 days per week. You will report to a Senior Team lead and be based out of the Dublin office.
