Description

ReOrbit is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing People and HR team to support our continued growth. You’ll be responsible for owning full-cycle recruitment across engineering, technical, commercial and operational roles. You will play a key strategic role in scaling our team with individuals who are not only technically excellent but also a strong cultural fit.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to build strong pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a world-class candidate experience, all while adapting quickly in a dynamic fast-growing environment.
It’s an exciting chance to join a dynamic start-up, with the opportunity to make a real impact, to reach our goal of pushing the boundaries of space data transfer.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full recruitment life cycle for technical and strategic roles (engineering, software, systems, etc.).
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and success metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, etc.).
  • Develop and champion efficient, inclusive, and data-driven hiring processes.
  • Conduct screening interviews and manage candidate communications from application to offer.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top destination for talent in the satellite and broader tech sector.
  • Maintain ATS integrity and deliver accurate reporting and insights on recruiting metrics.
  • Advise leadership on talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 10–15 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in space industry or high-growth technology companies.
  • A strong understanding of technical roles and how to assess relevant experience (e.g., software engineering, system engineering, hardware, embedded systems).
  • Previous exposure to the satellite, aerospace, or defence industry is a strong plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill, niche roles across global markets.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • High degree of ownership and accountability, with a bias for action and results.
