Company Founded in Berlin, autarc is a ~40 person start-up who were part of Y Combinator's S24 batch in San Francisco. Our team spans Sales, Marketing, Tech and Operations, with a clear focus on building the leading operating system for energy installers. We just significantly expanded our Berlin office and are now building out an entire floor of sales. To do that at the speed we want, we need someone who has done this before. Role description As our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Sales & GTM, you will own the end-to-end recruiting engine for our commercial organisation. You will work directly with Thies Hansen (COO) to hire SDRs, AEs, and GTM talent across all European markets, operating out of our Berlin office. This is not a supporting role inside a large TA team. You are the person responsible for the outcome. You will build the pipeline, run the outreach, manage the process, and close candidates. Alongside that, you will partner with our People & Culture Manager and work closely with the marketing team to strengthen autarc's employer brand specifically within the sales recruiting space. You will: Own the full recruiting pipeline for all Sales & GTM roles: sourcing, outreach, screening, pipeline management, offer Build our sales recruiting function from 0 to 1, starting with a high volume of SDR and AE hires across European markets Partner directly with Thies (COO) as the primary hiring stakeholder for all commercial roles Develop scalable sourcing strategies and outreach playbooks for sales profiles at all levels Work with our marketing team to drive employer brand initiatives specifically targeting sales talent Lay the groundwork for partnering with future international offices as we expand beyond Berlin Requirements 3+ years in talent acquisition with a clear focus on sales recruiting (SDR, AE, BDR, GTM roles) You have scaled a sales org from scratch before, not as one of many recruiters but as the person driving it Proven ability to recruit high-volume and senior commercial profiles in parallel Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with outbound recruiting Comfortable building process and structure where none exists yet Based in Berlin and happy to work in-person at our office Fluent in English; German is a strong plus given our primary market What we offer Freedom to choose your own equipment (within a budget) 26 paid vacation days An annual team retreat The choice between Dance or JobRad for mobility The choice between Classpass or Urban Sports Club for fitness Regular team events, lunches and activities Our values Next steps If your application is successful, you will participate in the following: Screening call with Louis (Recruiter) or another member of the team Culture fit call with People & Culture (Pia) Take home case study Final on-site interview with Etienne (CEO) and Pia (HR) About us Right now, 25% of CO2 emissions in Europe are caused by heating our buildings. In order for this to be reduced, the transition towards renewable energy needs to be simplified and made more accessible. There are too few installers to meet the growing demand for heat pumps, and a solution to match this trend needs to be brought to the market. autarc is developing the leading operating system (OS) for heat pump installers, enabling a more digital and efficient installation process for heat pumps. Through this, autarc is reducing the hurdles to decarbonizing single-family homes and small apartment buildings in Europe, with the goal to help with the planning and designing of 1 million heat pumps by 2030.
