We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the people team at Samsung Electronics Australia! In this role you will be the face of our hiring strategy. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to ensure we’re bringing in the best people to power our mission. Role and Responsibilities You will own end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across the business from briefing through to onboarding. You will be a true business partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and craft compelling job advertisements and sourcing strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates with a focus on quality and creating a great candidate experience Build and maintain active talent pipelines for future hiring needs Use your professional insights to continuously improve our recruitment process and secure top talent Represent our brand at events, job fairs, and networking opportunities Skills and Qualifications Proven years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring across multiple disciplines including experienced hire. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools, Workday is highly desirable. A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset.
