Role reports to: Talent Acquisition Lead – Southern Europe and RAMET Location: Madrid, Spain (hybrid) What you will do The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for end-to-end hiring for Spain and Portugal countries for Kenvue. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing sources of qualified applicants, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and informing applicants about job details and benefits: Key Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent in alignment with the company's goals and values Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide creative solutions for sourcing and recruiting diverse talent Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies Utilize analytics to identify and address talent needs Implement talent strategies in collaboration with local leadership to enhance diverse talent pools Support business leaders to drive talent agenda and achieve business outcomes What we are looking for Required Qualifications Demonstrable experience (4 years minimum) in talent acquisition or related field, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent Previous experience as a Business Partner is highly preferred University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Human Resources or related field Fluent in Spanish and English Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of teams Innovative thinking and challenging the status quo Understanding of internal and external business drivers for driving talent outcomes Desired Qualifications Experience in hiring for manufacturing site positions and commercially focused positions Understanding of the FMCG/Consumer Health industry Proven ability to think creatively and strategically to solve recruitment challenges Experience with utilizing recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency Effective coaching, influencing, and advising skills Proficiency in using data analytics for decision-making What’s in it for you Competitive total remuneration package Learning & Development Opportunities Kenvuer Impact Networks Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
