SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment function for Sysco Ireland.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Drive the recruitment life cycle end to end across each business function in partnership with your HR colleagues
Support our management team through recruitment approval and in creating / updating of job specifications
Post advertisements on the Sysco Ireland ATS and source, identify and screen candidates using a variety of creative recruiting methods
Maintain and update the ATS
Identify and build relationships with passive candidates who may be open to exploring new opportunities
Schedule and attend interviews with hiring managers
Communicate offers and commence the pre-boarding process including pre-employment references, medicals, Work Permits and Visa applications
Establish and develop effective relationships with multiple stakeholders
Working in partnership with your stakeholders to develop a talent pipeline in order to attract, develop and retain candidates
Keep up date with current recruitment trends and best practices and bring forward and take part actively in initiatives to continually improve the quality and efficiency of our sourcing, recruitment and hiring processes
Conduct exit and stay interviews and develop quarterly and annual reports
Design and present insights & analysis (internal and external) to drive the best hiring decisions and reduce both time to hire and cost per hire
Manage relations with agency partners through proactive engagement, raising PO requests and maintaining recruitment logs to ensure timely payment of recruitment invoices
Represent Sysco Ireland and our values externally and identify Employer Branding opportunities and by way of Jobs boards, Career Fairs & social media
Manage recruitment for the Sysco Ireland Graduate Programmes

REQUIREMENTS:

HR or Recruitment Qualification with previous ATS experience and a minimum of 3 years direct sourcing experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment
Evidence of in-house full lifecycle recruitment using multiple channels and methods
Significant experience in managing and running multiple campaigns in an end-to-end recruitment process for niche roles as well as high volume recruitment
Proven experience of exceptional candidate management and successful delivery against recruitment KPI’s
A driven and critical thinker, comfortable with ambiguity and focused on candidate experience, hiring manager experience and key recruiting metrics.
Able to work autonomously, proactively and with enthusiasm while seeking solutions to problems
Highly responsive and working with a sense of urgency who adapts easily to changing priorities
You are highly organised, easily optimising your own time and you enjoy collaborating with others
An analytical skill set to be able to interpret & present market trends & data to your key stakeholders
Proficient in MS Packages specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

Work in partnership with the Human Resource and Sysco Operations departments to develop and deliver ongoing recruitment campaigns and strategies to enhance current and build future talent pipelines.
