What You'll Do: We are expanding our Tech Talent Acquisition team and looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our EMEA Tech TA team in Bucharest. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across R&D, Product, and IT, supporting hiring in multiple countries including Romania, Spain, France, and Cyprus, while collaborating in an international and multicultural environment. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and fellow recruiters, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help shape the way we attract, engage, and hire diverse tech talent. With an existing candidate pipeline and referral network already in place, your role will be all about building genuine connections, direct sourcing, and offering candidates a positive, inclusive, and human experience from first contact to offer. Main responsibilities : Take the lead on end-to-end recruitment, from role intake to offer stage. Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, align on priorities, and move searches forward together. Proactively source and engage talent, using a mix of tools, creativity, and inclusive sourcing approaches. Screen candidates and support them throughout the interview journey, making sure they feel informed and supported at every step. Use data and market insights to manage priorities and continuously improve your hiring approach. Share ideas, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture. Who You Are: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Organizational/Labor Psychology (or a related field). Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting technical profiles, such as Software Engineers, Machine Learning/AI Engineers, Program Managers, and IT Specialists. Ideally, experience in in-house recruitment within an international or multicultural environment. Practical experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Fluent in English; Romanian is a strong advantage. An agile and open mindset, with the ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and adapt to changing priorities. A data-driven and proactive approach, combined with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
