JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, and offer management
  • Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
  • Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
  • Undertake global HR projects and new initiatives such as employer branding to acquire suitable talents for the organization
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Working on tough and complex offers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree
  • 1 - 8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the engineering and technology space
  • Good understanding of the tech recruitment market
  • Independent and creative thinker
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Quick learner with a positive working attitude
  • Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
  • Prior experience in E-commerce or tech startups is a plus
