Location: Mohandseen Job Description Job Purpose: As a TA Partner, you’ll be a strategic hiring expert and trusted advisor, driving end-to-end recruitment across our Tech/non-Tech teams. You’ll play a key role in building our company by partnering with hiring managers, using data to drive decisions, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences in a high-growth and high-impact environment. What you will do in your role Act as a trusted talent advisor to the hiring managers and understanding their hiring needs Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process Source, attract, and engage top talent through proactive headhunting, direct sourcing, and networking Provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies, pipeline health, and hiring decisions Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, representing both the client’s employer brand and company values Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to streamline hiring processes and improve efficiencies Stay ahead of market trends, talent insights, and best practices to continuously optimize hiring strategies Bring a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to hiring in a fast-paced and evolving environment Qualifications What you will bring to the role 2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders Strong expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, and data-driven recruiting Experience in hiring technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) is a plus Communication and Interpersonal Skills Fluency in English Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Additional Information What we offer If you're excited to embark on this journey with us, to be part of an innovative team that's changing the game for small businesses, we encourage you to apply.
