About The Role We’re looking for a TA Partner to take full ownership of hiring across our Engineering and Product team, while also supporting recruitment across other areas of the business as needed. From understanding what great looks like to sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates, you’ll play a key role in building our team. You’ll also work closely with hiring managers and leadership to create strong, scalable hiring practices across the company, and partner with our People team on broader talent and people initiatives when needed. What You'll Own 💡 Partner with engineering and product leaders to understand what they need - even when it’s still taking shape. 🧠 Source high-quality engineering and product candidates using creative, targeted approaches. 🗣️ Screen and engage candidates with curiosity, warmth, and good judgment. 🎯 Manage the end-to-end hiring process across engineering and product roles, while stepping in to support other departments when needed. 🛠️ Improve and streamline interview processes so they’re effective, consistent, and fair. 🎤 Share our story in a compelling way - helping candidates understand the impact they can have here. 🤝 Collaborate with People Partners on broader initiatives such as workforce planning, onboarding, and improving the overall employee experience. What You’ll Need 🌟 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (experience hiring for engineering and/or product roles is a must). 🚀 A strong understanding of what great talent looks like, especially in engineering and product. 🔍 Ability to find and engage hard-to-reach candidates, while staying flexible to support hiring across different teams. 🧞 Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers. 🔍 A proactive, get-it-done mindset - you’re comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy building things from scratch. 💻 Experience with ATS tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, Rippling, or similar.
