As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in this journey. You’ll work hands-on with hiring managers as a trusted advisor—coaching them to hire effectively, shaping recruitment strategies, and bringing market insights to inform decisions. You’ll help embed best practices, guide end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and support growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You’ll Be Doing * Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, help define clear role requirements whilst advising on effective recruitment practices, from briefing to selection. * Lead end-to-end recruitment, modelling best practice and building confidence in the hiring process.  * Enhance the candidate and leader experience by embedding consistent, high-quality recruitment approaches. * Coach and support leaders to build internal capability in interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies.  * Provide market insights, sourcing strategies, and hiring trends to support better decisions.  * Help strengthen Telstra Health’s employer brand to attract top talent.  * Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support proactive hiring.  * Embed inclusive hiring practices and support diversity initiatives across the hiring process.  * Track and analyse recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, pipeline health, and quality of hire, using insights to improve processes.    About You * Demonstrated TA partnering experience where you have successfully translated hiring needs into clear, effective strategies. * You have the proven ability to source and attract talent in competitive markets using LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights. * Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to coach and influence leaders. * Passion for building capability and improving hiring outcomes, not just filling roles. * You are data-driven and strategic, using insights and metrics to solve problems and improve processes.  * Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive, thriving in ambiguity with a can-do attitude. * Passionate about delivering exception experiences internally and externally. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
