As a Talent Acquisition Partner at The Exploration Company, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring the best talent to help us achieve our ambitious goals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to understand their staffing needs, develop strategic hiring plans, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Your expertise in sourcing, engaging, and selecting top talent will be crucial in building our high-performing team.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the tech or aerospace industry.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- A genuine interest in space exploration and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, facilitate interviews, and manage the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Promote The Exploration Company as an employer of choice through engaging content and participation in industry events.
- Use data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to extend offers and negotiate terms, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies.
