Here at Trust Bank, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who’s more than a recruiter—you’ll be a trusted talent advisor to the business, recruitment strategist, and candidate experience champion. Key Roles and Responsibilities In this role, you’ll partner with leaders across the business to shape hiring strategies, deliver top talent, and ensure every candidate has a seamless journey from first conversation to Day 1. Partner with business leaders to provide insights and guidance on hiring strategies. Drive recruitment end-to-end, ensuring alignment with our TA process and delivering a smooth candidate experience across various departments within the bank Balance big-picture talent strategy with hands-on recruitment delivery whilst ensuring to keep with the pace of hiring and the bank’s development Manage candidates through every stage, from application to onboarding with as best a white-glove service as possible regardless of level Navigate multiple systems with ease to keep hiring efficient and transparent without compromising data quality within these systems Keep stakeholders updated, especially on leadership hires including People Business Partners Collaborate with shared services to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience In order to be successful at this role, you must have experience in most of the following: 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with the bulk of this experience as an in-house recruiter Strong demonstrated experience in delivering Talent Acquisition strategy and hands-on recruitment delivery. Strong demonstrated experience in hiring across different functions. Experience in Bancassurance, Operations and Product Management is a good to have Hands on experience across multiple ATS systems. Experience in Greenhouse and SuccessFactors is a good to have. Detail oriented individual as this role will require management across multiple trackers and different systems Experience collaborating across the entire eco-system from People Business Partners, People Operations and Shared Services teams A true believer and passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences with no exception or compromise to this. Excellent communication skills with experience in handling stakeholders including leadership levels.
