Blink Ops is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in and lead the recruitment processes in the US. Through intelligent orchestration and proven workflows, we act as the force multiplier for security operations - driving faster incident response, eliminating alert fatigue, and staying ahead of cyber threats. The position is remote and preferred locations would be in the East Coast or Central US. Your responsibilities What will you do As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our team by identifying, attracting, and onboarding exceptional talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers across departments to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Your expertise in GTM recruitment within startup environments will be instrumental in driving our growth and fostering a culture of excellence. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles, with a strong focus on technical positions. Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events and other cutting-edge tools including AI-based. Continuous Improvement: Constantly improve sourcing strategies by exploring new and creative ideas, tools, and channels to attract top talent. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and provide guidance on best practices for attracting top talent. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting Blink Ops' values and culture. Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand by representing Blink Ops at industry events, developing recruitment marketing materials, and leveraging social media to showcase our culture and opportunities. Requirements What you'll need? 3+ years as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role within the tech industry, preferably in startup environments in cybersecurity. Proven track record in recruiting for GTM roles in the US, with a deep understanding of the talent market and sourcing techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong project management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on evolving business needs and market trends. Knowledge of advanced sourcing tools, including AI-based sourcing technologies, to enhance recruitment efforts. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software to streamline processes and maintain accurate records. MUST be able to live and work in the United states, this is a remote position within the US borders.
