We partner with clients across industries to build impactful brands and drive results.   About the Role  The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) is a strategic individual contributor responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments and supporting both Stream Companies and fullthrottle.ai. This role brings advanced recruiting expertise, strong business acumen, and data fluency to ensure hiring execution aligns with organizational goals. The TABP partners with hiring managers across business functions — including Tech, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Client services, and Creative — to attract, assess, and hire top talent in a fast-paced environment.  Key Responsibilities  Full-Cycle Recruiting  * Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned departments across Stream Companies and FullThrottle.ai, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.  * Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.  * Build strong relationships with managers and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.  Workforce Planning & Reporting Support  * Maintain accurate tracking of open requisitions and headcount alignment across departments and companies.  * Prepare hiring dashboards and reports, providing insights into pipeline health, and hiring risks.  * Contribute to workforce planning discussions by providing data and recommendations.  Business Partnership & Market Intelligence  * Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, talent availability, and compensation trends.  * Coach managers on recruiting best practices and inclusive hiring.  * Identify opportunities for improving hiring processes and candidate experience.  * Support for Employee Experience Initiatives   * Provide support to the Employee Experience team as needed, including onboarding coordination, internal initiatives, and employee engagement efforts   Operational Excellence  * Leverage ATS (Rippling) and sourcing tools effectively; ensure data accuracy.  * Support process improvements and operational initiatives within recruiting.  Qualifications  * 2–5 years full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions, ideally including tech, sales, and marketing.  * Exposure to workforce planning and headcount tracking.  * Comfortable preparing and presenting hiring reports and data-driven recommendations.  * Strong interpersonal skills, ability to partner with managers and build credibility. * Experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools. * Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting  Skills & Competencies  * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  * Data-savvy and comfortable analyzing recruiting metrics.  * Effective communicator and collaborator.  * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  We are an eVerify employer
