The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent, and building strong employer branding. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to attract top talent. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet job qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process and facilitate the onboarding process. Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market intelligence. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with expertise in handling IT & Non IT requirements, preferably in a fast-paced product or services background. Proven experience in sourcing and hiring candidates across multiple functions and seniority levels. Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR technologies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a deadline-driven environment. Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies is a plus. Soft Skills: Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English Excellent attention to detail and organization skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely Ability to work effectively within a changing environment that is going through high growth Exceptional follow-through, personal drive, and ability to understand direction and feedback
