Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across a range of clinical positions, including those that are particularly challenging to fill. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to build and execute sophisticated recruitment strategies that ensure we attract and hire talent for essential clinical roles. This role requires a combination of advanced recruitment expertise, leadership skills, problem-solving, and a strategic mindset.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field
  • Experience in iCIMS

Responsibilities
  • Works closely with managers to obtain a strong understanding of the business need and meet hiring expectations
  • Full cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, helping to hire and retain quality candidates
  • Leverages internal and external databases to foster high touch points with potential candidates through social networks, job posting results, referrals, and other sources
  • Creates reports on recruitment activity and communicates any relevant market information to the recruiter and/or management to influence hiring strategies
  • Utilize market intelligence, workforce trends, and industry knowledge to develop a holistic recruitment approach to attract the best candidates
  • Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and termed employees, and other designations
  • Assist with the documentation needed for the completion of the pre-employment process, as needed.
  • Seek feedback on the overall hiring process with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Occasional travel required for training or other work-related duties
