Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent and identify the right match. Source and build pipelines of relevant profiles ahead of demand. Offer great candidate experience, ensuring top-notch communication and timely feedback. Act as an ambassador for Verda in the talent market: building relationships, networking, and supporting employer branding initiatives. Contribute to our ways of hiring (best practices, tools, metrics) as we scale. Your key competencies Proven experience recruiting globally for niche, hard-to-fill roles, ideally as an in-house recruiter in a scale-up environment. Experience in partnering with hiring managers as a trusted recruitment advisor. Proficiency with ATS and other recruiting tools combined with commitment to process execution. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders. Ability to think on your feet and navigate ambiguity with ease. Impact-driven mindset, with ambition to secure best hires for Verda. Nice-to-have Sense of humor and ability not to take yourself too seriously. Success criteria for this role in the next 6-12 months
