Your responsibilities In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on technical and hard-to-fill roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, attract top talent, and ensure strong hiring decisions. You will proactively source and build pipelines of relevant profiles ahead of demand, maintaining momentum across multiple searches. At the same time, you will ensure a high-quality candidate experience, with clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process. You will act as an ambassador for Verda in the talent market—building relationships, engaging with candidates, and supporting employer branding initiatives. You will also contribute to improving how we hire, including best practices, tools, and metrics as we scale. Your key competencies Proven experience recruiting for t niche, hard-to-fill roles, ideally in a scale-up environment Strong experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted recruitment advisor Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to build pipelines proactively Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools, with a structured approach to process execution Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders Ability to think on your feet and navigate ambiguity with ease Impact-driven mindset with a strong focus on securing high-quality hires International hiring experience is a plus Practicalities Location: Helsinki Hybrid mode: Working from the office three days a week Employment type: Full-time and permanent Why Verda Cash + equity compensation along with various fringe benefits (e.g., healthcare, lunch, wellbeing, etc.) Profitable operations with rapid, sustained growth 31 nationalities, with 6 different ones on the management team A chance to directly shape how a high-performing, global team is built What's next We’re building fast and this role needs the right person behind it.
