Your day-to-day will be defined by close collaboration with hiring managers and colleagues across the business. You will advise leaders on how best to define and position their roles, and you will ensure that each recruitment process runs smoothly from start to finish. At the same time, you will be actively nurturing talent pipelines, building networks, and strengthening Arla’s reputation as a great place to work.
Beyond the operational, you will play a key role in projects that expand and modernise how we do Talent Acquisition. Whether it is testing new assessment tools, strengthening our employer branding, or driving D&I initiatives, you will have the opportunity to help shape a future-ready TA function that continues to add value to Arla’s growth journey.
