The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent across all departments within Chowbus. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner is also responsible for aligning recruitment strategies with the company’s growth and diversity goals. What You'll Focus On Full-Cycle Recruitment 35% Lead and manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, including intake, posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offers. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring criteria, and competitive strategies. Provide hiring recommendations and talent market insights to support workforce planning. Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development 25% Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals, Boolean searches). Maintain active talent pipelines for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles. Represent the company brand by delivering a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Interview Process Management & Stakeholder Coordination 20% Coordinate structured and equitable interview processes; support interview preparation and alignment. Schedule interviews, manage assessments, and ensure timely feedback from hiring teams. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and guidance. Offer Management & Onboarding Support 10% Prepare competitive offer recommendations aligned with compensation guidelines. Facilitate offer discussions and partner with HR Operations to ensure smooth onboarding. Communicate next steps clearly to candidates and hiring partners. Compliance, Reporting & ATS Management 10% Maintain accurate applicant records in the ATS and ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and state/local hiring laws. Track recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, funnel metrics, quality of hire) and provide regular reporting. Support process improvements, documentation, and optimization of TA workflows. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Experience managing high-volume recruitment Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g..Greenhouse) and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including effective sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation. Bilingual in Mandarin and English Knowledge of state and local employment laws affecting hiring (e.g., pay transparency, ban-the-box). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Meet and Zoom Experience with SaaS industry is a plus Experience with Mandarin-speaking recruitment channels is a plus.
