As a Talent & People Operations Partner, you’ll play a key role in helping design and execute human-centered and effective hiring processes, ensuring we hire top talent while keeping our people operations running smoothly. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :

Own and Elevate Talent Acquisition:

  • Help design and execute hiring processes that ensure speed, quality, and a stand-out candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to challenge traditional hiring mindsets and make smart, data-backed talent decisions.
  • Implement AI-powered sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines that keep us ahead of the hiring curve.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives that position us as the go-to destination for top talent.
  • Manage external TA partners, ensuring best-in-class vendor relationships and ROI on talent partnerships.
  • Transform the candidate experience - collaborate with the Employee Experience Lead to deliver a hiring journey that’s engaging, human, and unforgettable.
