Description

Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner Analyze data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and optimize platform performance Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure that the platforms are properly integrated and configured. Develop and coordinate the implementation of change management plans to ensure that stakeholders are informed and trained on platform changes. Ensure that the platforms are aligned with global HR strategies and objectives. Ensure that all platform releases are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment. Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure that platform releases are properly planned, executed, and communicated. Together with the TA platforms team ensure that the platforms provide a positive user experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Gather feedback and analytics to inform platform improvements and optimize the user experience. Master's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or a combination of both. At least 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field. Strong understanding of talent acquisition platforms, recruitment technology, and HR systems. Experience with platform management, user experience, and data analytics. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. 2+ years of experience working with Eightfold Talent Acquisition Platform Good communciation skill with fluency in English speaking We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
