  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting vacancies, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and building recruitment pipelines.
  • Perform direct sourcing via resume databases and platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Oversee post-hire processes and documentation.
  • Support HRBPs and guide hiring managers through recruitment processes.
  • Maintain and analyze recruitment tracking data and reports.
  • Evaluate and optimize recruitment channels, rates, and terms.
  • Build relationships with employment sources (e.g., colleges, agencies, trade associations).
  • Collaborate with educational institutions to enhance brand awareness and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Educate candidates on the company’s benefits, culture, and values.
  • Review and improve recruitment processes, policies, and forms.
  • Draft job descriptions when required.
