Description
Coach Hiring Managers and coordinate the selection process to ensure optimal candidate selection for open positions. Develop and implement organizational recruiting strategies to attract the best qualified candidates. Conduct interviews, evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and abilities relevant to the selection process. Prepare, extend, and negotiate competitive job offers. Utilize recruiting processes and resume tracking software to maximize the strategic role of staffing and eliminate non-value-added work. Focus on continuous improvement, making suggestions to enhance staffing processes, policies, and strategies. Keep HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers updated, effectively interacting with all levels of employees, answering questions, and providing information. Troubleshot problems that arise in connection with the recruiting and hiring process. Coordinate and manage staffing project requirements with supervisors and managers. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to sourcing, recruiting, and hiring. May work with outside agencies and vendors as needed. Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all documented quality processes and procedures. Promote a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System. Ensure awareness and promote a work environment that supports EHS and Energy Policies as relevant to the position. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical industry, high-volume recruiting or related areas. Bilingual (Spanish/English), with a proven English proficiency of 85% or higher. The candidate should reside in the Cartago region or in nearby areas.
