University of Utah Health Hospitals and Clinics is seeking a passionate and driven Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this full-time role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the future of healthcare by sourcing and connecting top-tier talent with one of the nation’s leading academic medical centers.
You’ll leverage a variety of tools and strategies—including an applicant tracking system (ATS), job boards, social media, and recruitment pipelines—to identify and engage exceptional candidates. While this role does not involve direct patient care, your impact will be felt across the organization as you help build teams that deliver world-class care.
This position is not responsible for providing care to patients.

Responsibilities
  • Screens candidates that have applied to open positions and provide recommendation of top applicants to the Sr. Recruiter.
  • Build a talent network through proactive networking utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Track all sourcing activities within our CRM tool and provide analysis and recommendations based on talent community.
  • Warm call and cold call leads within talent network to market the University of Utah Health Care openings.
  • Assist with the scheduling and coordination of interviews.
  • Participates in scope discussion with hiring managers and leaders.
  • Provides recommendations on alternative sourcing channels.
