Position Overview: The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to support hiring needs across manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies, source qualified candidates, and deliver a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. The Recruiter plays a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring the organization attracts and hires high-quality talent to support ongoing business growth. Requirements Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Talent Acquisition & Recruiting: · Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for manufacturing, skilled trades, and professional roles. · Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies. · Source candidates using multiple platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry-specific job boards. · Screen applicants and conduct interviews to evaluate experience, and skills. · Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support urgent or high-volume hiring needs. Applicant Tracking: · Manage job postings and candidate workflows through ATS, Paylocity. · Ensure candidate records, communications, and hiring stages are accurately documented within the ATS. · Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams. Onboarding: · Manage pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screens, and reference verification. · Facilitate the onboarding process, including new hire documentation, orientation coordination, and compliance requirements. · Ensure new employees transition smoothly into the organization. Reporting: · Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate sources, and hiring outcomes. · Prepare recruiting reports and hiring updates for HR leadership. · Stay informed on labor market trends and recruiting best practices to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes. Non-Essential Functions (Duties): · Support HR initiatives and special projects as assigned. · Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, or workforce development programs. · Assist with continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools. Qualifications and Requirements: · 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments. · Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Paylocity. · Proven ability to source candidates using major job platforms such as Indeed, and LinkedIn. · Strong understanding of onboarding practices, compliance requirements, and employment screenings. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
