As a Recruiter, you will use your skills and security knowledge to attract and retain quality officers in a fast-paced environment. This position interacts with job candidates and potential applicants using various sourcing methods. In this role you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions. What Your Day May Look Like Perform various recruitment activities including job posting, screening and interviewing, and sending job offers to potential candidates. Review employment applications and match applicants with job requirements based on best recruiting practices. Identify and carry out sources for recruiting Security Officers, such as job fairs, colleges and universities, community organizations, etc. Maintain personnel files with utmost discretion. Assist with new hire training and orientation as needed. Carry out various HR/administrative duties. Constant communication with operations management team on recruiting updates, trends, and other hiring factors. Must have reliable means of communication & transportation. Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle, etc. preferred. Prior experience in high-volume recruitment preferred. Excellent customer service skills required. Reliable and self-motivated with strong planning and organization skills. Must be able to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines. Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
