Position Location REMOTE Job Overview As a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across a variety of positions, ranging from IT-specialized roles to operations-based positions, often located on U.S. military bases. You will leverage advanced sourcing skills and expert-level knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter (RSC) and Indeed to fill critical enterprise-wide requisitions. In this role, you will build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring partners at all levels—including recruiters, hiring managers, and CGS corporate leaders—to ensure timely, compliant, and successful hiring outcomes. This position is highly visible within the organization. Success requires a multi-dimensional approach, serving as a strategic sourcing partner to all department leaders, from Talent Acquisition management to executives in the corporate suite. Your primary measure of success is delivering offer-ready talent efficiently and effectively, contributing directly to the company’s talent acquisition goals. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and filling a variety of positions from IT-focused (specialized) jobs to operations-based roles most typically found on U.S. military bases. The Talent Acquisition Recruiting Specialist will be expected to source critical need, enterprise-wide requisitions using advanced-level sourcing skills, and a high-level to advanced-level knowledge of using LinkedIn Recruiter (RSC) and Indeed. To be successful in this role, you will be expected to deliver offer-ready talent to the team(s), which is your overall target and the top success-defining measurement for this job. Work Model: REMOTE Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: • Proactively source passive and active candidates using advanced search techniques and market research. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for new and recurring roles across technical, professional, and skilled labor categories. • Partner with Hiring Managers and key Business Partners to align sourcing strategies with hiring priorities to business needs. • Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and qualification. Timely reporting of stats on all open requisitions assigned. • Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity in iCIMS. • Support workforce readiness and pre-contract pipeline initiatives. • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent, professional communication. Job Requirements Mandatory: • High school diploma or GED required. • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing and recruiting. • Demonstrated success engaging passive candidates. • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Clearance Jobs • Familiarity with ATS platforms; iCIMS preferred. • Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings. • U.S. Citizenship required. Preferred: • Experience supporting federal or defense contracting environments. • Military, veteran, or cleared talent sourcing experience. • Recruiting and HR certifications (CIR, CASR, SHRM-CP/SCP). • Strong relationship-building and market research skills.
