ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our fast-paced TA team. You’ll manage high-volume recruitment and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring the best front-line staff for our organisation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage high-volume recruitment of Disability Support Workers and Mental Health Support Workers
• Lead the full recruitment cycle from posting ads and reviewing applications, to phone screening, coordinating interviews, checking references, and making offers
• Partner with multiple hiring managers from taking briefs, and following up on feedback
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data
• Support a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
