ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our fast-paced TA team. This is a high-volume role where you may be managing 30+ active roles at once. Speed and accuracy are key – you’ll be driving a fast turnaround, working across multiple requests at the same time, and keeping everything moving.
This role is ideal for someone with junior to mid-level experience who enjoys the transactional, numbers-driven side of recruitment, and thrives in a structured, high-output environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage high-volume recruitment of Disability Support Workers and Mental Health Support Workers
• Drive the recruitment process: posting ads, reviewing applications, phone screening, coordinating interviews, checking references, and preparing offers
• Partner with multiple hiring managers – take briefs, provide updates, follow up on feedback
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data
• Support a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
