As our Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you'll sit at the centre of our hiring engine, building the pipelines that power our next chapter across the UK and Los Angeles. Please note, this is a 6 month FTC. KEY OUTCOMES Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand role requirements and support a positive candidate journey Increase the number of active candidates in process on high-priority roles Develop market insight through competitor analysis, data and industry engagement Manage candidate relationships throughout the sourcing phase, keeping communication clear and timely Build a living talent pipeline across the UK and LA markets CORE COMPETENCIES Direct sourcing - you know how to find people who aren't looking, and how to make them curious about what we're building Candidate engagement - warm, clear, timely communication that makes every interaction feel considered, not templated Pipeline management - you track, prioritise, and move fast without letting things fall through the cracks Market intelligence - you keep an eye on the media talent landscape and bring insight, not just CVs ATS hygiene - accurate, up-to-date records that the wider team can trust and act on Stakeholder partnership - you listen carefully to what a role really needs and translate that into sourcing strategy YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF You get genuinely excited about media, creators, and the people building something new in that space You're curious and self-directed You care about candidate experience as much as hiring speed You're energised by targets and find satisfaction in seeing a pipeline you built turn into a hire You're at your best in a fast moving environment where the brief can shift and you adapt quickly IDEAL BACKGROUND Around 12–18 months of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, in-house or agency-side, media or creative industry exposure is a real advantage Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to find and engage passive candidates Familiar with ATS or candidate management systems, and disciplined about keeping data clean Comfortable handling volume without losing quality, you can run multiple roles simultaneously and still give each candidate a great experience Job Details Employment Type: Full-time Location: London (Onsite)
