REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Sales Operations (preferably in SaaS or enterprise software).
Recruitment & Sourcing Expertise: Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, proactive outreach, and networking.
Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement: Ability to craft compelling outreach messages and position Avantra as an employer of choice.
Sales & CRM Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and sales operations.
Organisational & Multitasking Skills: Ability to balance talent acquisition priorities while contributing to sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a hybrid role with a primary focus on talent acquisition while also supporting business development and sales operations. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for Avantra, particularly in sales and technical roles, while also contributing to lead generation, pipeline management, and sales process optimisation.
This role is ideal for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys proactive sourcing, employer branding, and candidate engagement but also has an interest in sales operations and business growth in a SaaS environment.
Experience in cold calling in a remote setting is essential, as this will be a key component of the role.
