REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in real estate.
• Experience in a client-facing or sales support role in the property sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional approach.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA processes is a plus.
